It began as The Mitten Tree. Outreach Board decided they wished to keep the giving tree concept growing. October we will be collecting towels and linens. November will be offerings from the Brown Bags — food and grocery items and White Bags — toiletries and health items.

December we will once again collect mittens, scarves, hats and winter paraphernalia for our community. Don’t forget winter Coat Drive. Your monetary donations toward this will allow us to purchase coats at quantity discount for people less fortunate. These are distributed thru SIREN/Eaton Shelter and Eaton Clothing and Furniture Center. Continue reading

If you have not stopped by to take a look at the labyrinth be sure to do so. It is FINISHED! If you visit after dark you will see the glow stones in action. We have been exploring ways to provide church fellowship as well as increase income sources for our church budget from not only our congregation but friends and family too.
