As a Followup to the movie night documentary, Brenda Bly is offering an intro to meditation class. Brenda will talk briefly about the benefits to be gained from a consistent practice, and then will lead participants through a variety of meditation techniques. It began as The Mitten Tree. Outreach Board decided they wished to keep the giving tree concept growing. In keeping with spring clean up ideas, April/May 2019 will be simple household tools: hammer screwdrivers, pliers, and Housing Services remind us that good quality can openers are especially needed.
