StoryWalk® on the Commons

A StoryWalk® is coming to Charlotte Celebrates this year. Bring your family and walk through the Commons at First Congregational Church while you read the book “Max Found Two Sticks” by Brian Pinkney. You will follow the story of Max as he finds two sticks and begins playing rhythms on everything he finds. As you move through the Commons you will read the story at several stations and have the chance to play some of your own rhythms. The story will end at our Music Wall where you can experiment with all kinds of music making.
